Wilma and family - So sorry to hear of Allen’s passing. My fondest memory of Allen is the time you both came to PEI and Rodney and I took you both for a swim in the ocean at Cabot Beach Provincial Park. I can still see Allen running into the water head first and come back up spluttering and shocked that the water was salty! Afterwards we all went to the washroom to shower off, but Allen wasn’t paying the 10 cents for the shower so he climbed up the door and went over the top...saved himself some money. My thoughts are with you all. Take care.

I remember Big Al when we were kids in the old survey. He confided in Mary and I that he wanted to ask Wilma to go steady. He was so nervous and worried that the Hackett and White boys would never let him live it down. He maned up and ask her anyway and he had the biggest smile ever. He was a wonderful guy and so much fun. He will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Wilma and children as well as the Desnoyers and Hackett families. Keeping you all in my thoughts.

We will meet again my sweet brother in law ; we will again share many laughs and many tears but most of all we will all be together again someday, somewhere. Am I right or am I right. 😊😭
