Christine will be sadly missed by her children Ellen Conversi and Grant Conversi (his wife, Lori) her grandchildren Dylan and Kailie, along with her ex-husband James Conversi.
Christine is pre-deceased by her sister Pauline Varacalli, her brother-in-law, Rocco Varacalli, and by her brothers; Rocco Garreffa, Bruno Garreffa and Pasquale Garreffa. She will be fondly remembered by everyone who met her, knew her and loved her. She will be embraced by her Heavenly family, including her sister, Teresa, her parents, Immacolata and Rocco and her Aunt Philomena and Uncle Rocco.
She loved her family and will be well remembered, as a very sensitive person who had a gentle, kind and loving spirit; but especially, for her irresistible, and engaging laughter. We will all remember her love of writing, singing and dancing and playing with her grandchildren, Kailie and Dylan. As per Christine’s wishes, cremation has taken place. To celebrate Christine’s life, there will be a gathering for family and friends which will be happening at a future date.
Thank you to the considerate and kind staff, at Sunnyside Long Term Care, for their compassionate care, during her stay there.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, https://alzheimer.ca/ww/en/help-support/programs-services/music-project or to a another program offered by the Alzheimer’s Society, as expressions of sympathy, and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
