My condolences go out to Glen's family. I worked with Glen at Stedelbauers for a number of years (I was a mechanic) . I remember driving him to and from work along with Mancel Waugh for a number of months. until I was forced to leave due to injury. He was a great guy, a good friend and fun to be around.

My condolences to Glen's family on his death. Glen and I attended Mount Zion Lutheran Church in Waterloo as kids and he, along with his brother Grant, were involved in the Camp Edgewood Confirmation program. Many great memories of fun at Camp and music by Grant and Glen. May you find peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Sincerest sympathies to all the Schafer family in the passing of Glen. The Schafer and Schlote kids used to hang out together a lot on Dietz Avenue and at Mount Zion church in the 60s while our fathers toiled for Dominion Life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We were all fortunate to have had luxury of Glen's daily presence on our team over the past few years. He was a true gentleman and one of the most enjoyable people we have had the opportunity to work with. We think about him and miss him each and every day and our thoughts and prayers are with Diana and his family.
