It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ion Iorgulescu, a beloved husband, father, and friend, who departed this world on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 69 years. Ion's departure has left an immense void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories
Born on August 17, 1953, in Bucharest, Romania, Ion was a devoted family man. He built a strong and nurturing home for his family. Ion is survived by his loving wife Vasilica Iorgulescu and the families of Son, George (Jennifer) Iorgulescu. His grandchildren Sophie, Tristan, Ethan and Simon Iorgulescu have been a great delight and tremendous source of joy over the years.
Cremation will have taken place and a private family interment will be held at Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener, ON.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary’s General Hospital Cardiac Center OR the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre
