Our deepest sympathy to you, Desiree, in the loss of your mother. Think of you so often (and so does Donna) and the bygone days. And thinking of you now at this time of great sorrow. Can still see your mom and dad walking by the house with the dog.

Very sorry to hear of your mom's passing Desiree. This little comment box is not big enough for all I would like to say. I'm grateful for having known your mom, she kept us students in line on those awesome school trips! Loved it when she would swim in the lake every morning at that little cottage you used to rent, still an inspiration for me especially now that I live at the lake. Thanks for all the memories that are still very clear in my mind and should you dare to respond, I'm here and would gladly accept.

I remember Frau Ludin from my high school days. She was my German teacher and I took one of her March Break trips to Germany. She was also one of my first gymnastics coaches. Some of my fondest memories from my teenage years involve Frau Ludin.
My sympathies to the family, she was a wonderful person.

To Marianne's family,
I was Marianne's Elder at St. Andrew;s Church. I was so saddened to read of her death in the paper this morning. Visiting with her was always enjoyable as she shared her remarkable life story. What a wonderful story it was! She was such a kind and forward thinking lady. My condolences to you all. I will miss her.

I had the pleasure of being a student in Mrs Ludin’s English class at KCI in the late 70’s. She was such a generous and inspiring teacher. She was playful and demanding all at the same time. May she Rest In Peace and I hope she knew of her great legacy in so many lives. Condolences to all who loved her
