It is with great sadness that we announce that, on June 6, 2018 our Aunt, MaryEllen Hughes passed away peacefully, in her 74th year, at Freeport Health Centre.

She is predeceased by her parents Mary and Percy Hughes, and her sisters Karen and Marylin. Forever loved and remembered by her brother Keith, nieces: Jennifer, Nancy, Debbie, Gail, Kim, Gwynn, Liz and nephew Chris.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of MaryEllen’s life will be held on July 14, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. at the Galt Curling Club, located at 1610 Dunbar Rd, Cambridge, Ontario.

Donations may be made in memory of MaryEllen Hughes to the Grand River Hospital Foundation or the Kitchener Humane Society.
