It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Noreen Catherine Baer (Burns).
Noreen passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on February 4 2022 in her 100th year. Predeceased by her husband Arthur Baer survived by her sister Evelyn Seime.
Her smile and sense of humour will be greatly missed by her children Larry (Louise) Baer, Sharon (Rick) Dorion, Wendy (Gary) Haines. Her grandchildren Markus (Kristen), Christopher, Tammy, Jeremy (Darcy), Ian, Grant (Holly), Julie (Chris), Michael and her 11 greatgrandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Noreen was a passionate bridge player and looked forward every week to playing duplicate bridge at the Midland Bridge Club where she was a member for over 25 years.
She went for long walks almost every day and participated in the Terry Fox Walk until she was 95.
There will only be a private service for family as per her wishes. In lieu of flowers donations to Heart and Stroke or Terry Fox Foundation would be appreciated.
