Ralph was a beautiful guy, who treated me as part of his family, not just an employee. I will always remember listening to him speak, and seeing him act on behalf of Mar Nethery's family in their time of need. That's who he was; if you fell, he would pick you up. I'll miss ya bigtime Ralph.

Ralph was an amazing and wonderful man. I will always remember the first time our team met Ralph in the building across the street from Riverbend. I was impressed by his friendliness and honesty from that time forward. We were very lucky to have him lead us. My thoughts are with Ralph's friends and family.

As a Bell Construction employee in 1992, I found myself without a boss or anyone that knew me any more. I was transferred to Kitchener where I worked with a ton of great folks and then Ralph took over 295 Philips St and things changed, I can never repay him for his help, I only hope he RIP knowing that he was a great leader and friend.
