After a brief illness, Sandra Connie passed peacefully, surrounded by her children and grandchildren at Innisfree House, Kitchener on Saturday November 9, 2019 at the age of 59 years young.

Sandy was a loving mother to son Luke (Madelyn) Richber and daughter Kaylee (David) Richber,  she will be fondly remembered by Ashley Peters. She was a proud and much adored 'Ammy' (Grandma) to Noah, Keller & Eliana. Sandy was predeceased by her father, Ray McCabe and survived by her mother Sue Howden, brother Steven McCabe, and sister Kimberly (John) Dunne. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Known to her friends and loved ones for her beautiful smile, generosity and tender heart, Sandy strove to live her life to the fullest, finding joy and kindness in many things however big or small.  For Sandy, family was paramount and she has left this enduring mark on all of us. She had a  lifelong love of animals, and her family is taking warm comfort knowing she is  reunited with her much loved  family dog Cura in whom she had a devoted friendship.

Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the K-W Humane Society as expressions of sympathy.

Messages and condolences may be left at  www.tricitycremations.com  or   519-772-1237. Please visit Sandy's obituary notice on Facebook.

Deepest condolences to your family.

Memory:
Sandra lived with us for a short while and I will never forget when she would make fresh bread. I was just starting off high school and I looked forward to coming home to have a snack!

Please dont forget to smile today and tomorrow. <3 :)

Kaylee, Luke and families. Sending you heartfelt condolences upon the passing of your Mom/Grandma. Life never really prepares you for losses like this. But hopefully over time the wonderful memories you shared with your Mom will give some much needed comfort.

One wonderful day the stars aligned and we somehow crossed paths and spoke everyday for an entire year.
We shared a wonderful circle of amazing women and we feel you were the glue that held us all together.
Your incredible love for your children and especially your grandchildren was an incredible thing to witness, boy, you loved your family and pup hard.
You were and still are an inspiration to us and we want to go on living our days trying to be a little more like you.
Rest easy my beautiful friend.
What an honour to have known you. Xo

My thoughts and prayers are with Sandy's Mom along with her children and grandchildren Only spoke with Sandy on the net since we were both involved in the search for Kaden and onward to the group Justice For Kaden. Sandy offered her love for all and how much it bothered her that to many times justice is never served. R.I.P. Sandy as you join your beloved pup . Much love send to all of Sandy's family and friends.

She is always with us. I still talk to her every day and she sends me signs.

What an amazing soul! My words still fail me for there are none to describe the imprint Sandy left on those around her. An absolute angel on earth. Rest easy, dear friend.

Condolences to her family and all who were touched by our lovely Sandy xoxoxo
