Passed away at Grand River Hospital on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the age of 46 years after a long battle with illness.
Tim was born and raised in Hanover, Ontario. After high school he moved to Victoria, British Columbia where he enjoyed the ocean, mountains and all of the natural beauty British Columbia had to offer as well as lots of live music shows and concerts. Tim moved back to Ontario to study Mechanical Engineering at Sheridan College in Brampton after which he worked at Pratt and Whitney briefly before moving to Kitchener, where he worked at ODC for many years as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist.
Tim loved nature, hiking, camping, fishing, travelling, music and learning. He enjoyed back country camping at Algonquin Park, and a multi-day hiking trip on the Bruce Trail as a teenager. He loved playing guitar and learned to speak both Spanish and Mandarin. Tim had a wonderful sense of humour and loved to laugh.
Tim was very proud of his children; Joshua, Jessica and Alyssa Stephen. He is the cherished brother of Bonnie Moseley (Chris Moseley). Dear Uncle of Isabel and Chester Moseley, and Layla Hatch.
Predeceased by his mother Judith (Judy) Stephen (nee Gabert), and father John (Ray) Stephen, grandparents Alexander and Alma Stephen and Chester and Elizabeth Gabert.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
