Sheila McLean

Sheila McLean lived a life full of laughter, friendship, and love. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, she spent most of her years in her beloved town of Petrolia before eventually settling in Kitchener, where she enjoyed her later years surrounded by her daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Sheila had a way of making everyone feel loved—especially her family. She was the absolute best grandma and great-grandma, and anyone who knew her knew just how deeply she treasured children and the time she spent with those she loved.

A natural jokester, Sheila was always ready with a laugh or a story. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—her favourite TV shows, games of dominoes or bingo with friends and family, and of course, a good trip to the local dollar store. She was a true social butterfly who loved being “in the know,” sharing her thoughts, offering support, and giving advice to anyone who needed it.

Sheila cherished her friendships and held her loved ones close. While she leaves behind a family who loves and misses her dearly, we find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with those she has long missed, especially her son.

Please join us in celebrating the life of Sheila McLean on April 26th, 2PM to 5pm at the Edelweiss Tavern in Kitchener.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Lambton Cares - Adult Day Programs or KW Seniors Day Programs would be appreciated by the family.
