I miss you terribly and will cherish all of your battle stories. You didn't think that I was really interested in them, but I do remember them and I was really listening. It was heart breaking parting with you like this but I'm so very glad that you are now at peace.

Goodbye Tony-- We had our good times & our frustrations within our Alliance Against Poverty (AAP) movement, but I will not easily forget your legal brilliance & your passion for our joint love--European History. Go in peace, Bro, into God's loving arms.

Shalom, Oz

Tony I am so sorry you left this earth too soon. I will always miss your laughter and your love for the dogs you often walked. My dogs Lucky and Daniel miss you too. I did not have a chance to say goodbye but one day I will say hello again. Miss you.

Tony, I remember you from your law firm days and your non-law firm days. I remember the good times and the bad times. Throughout it all, however, I remember the qualities, the traits that made you who you are, that left an indelible and undeniably unique Tony Tassy imprint upon my consciousness: an encyclopaedic mind, a love of history, a passion for military, a politely argumentative (aka devils advocate) dialogue, and a smirking smile that made your arguments all the more agreeable and your presence all the more welcome for hours on end. Best of luck on your continued journey, abruptly altered ever too soon.
