Passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Oct 1, 2026 at London Health and Science Center Hospital, London, Ontario at the age of 82.

Proud Poppy and Great-Poppy of Callum (Amanda and Ever Rose), Amadeus, Jamie (Kent) and Darcy.
He will be sadly missed by his big brother John (Phyllis), sister Dorothy and brother in law Bill Piercey and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents John and Priscilla Kelloway and his loving wife Rhea (1985). Predeceased by sisters Georgina, and Helen (Selby).
Son of a coal miner, Charlie was a proud Cape Bretoner born in Glace Bay. Quick to tell people he wasn’t from Nova Scotia. In his early years, Charlie enjoyed playing all kinds of sports, his favourites were hockey and baseball. He loved to watch his favourite teams, the Leafs and the Brooklyn Dodgers. He moved to Ontario at the age of 15 where he continued playing all his favourite sports.
Charlie loved to laugh with you and had a way with words (stopper, Co-vic and Wal-Mark). Later in his early twenties, he met the love of his life Rhea, which to this day he still mistakenly would call his Daughter that. In his later years, the thing he enjoyed most was when all of the family gathered. He enjoyed sharing a drink of whiskey and calling all of his friends and family.
We would like to thank all of the medical staff at London Hospital and palliative nurses who cared for Charlie. Also, thank you to all of our friendly neighbours that would stop and chat with him.
There will be a Celebration of Life to follow in the coming weeks and to raise a glass to Charlie Kelloway. In lieu of flowers, donations made to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
