James Gregory McRae

July 10, 1971 - June 28, 2025

Passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on June 28, 2025, at Lisaard House Hospice in Cambridge, Ontario at the age of 53. Beloved father of James Jackman. Cherished son of James D McRae and Claudette R. Guenard. Dear brother of Cynthia McRae (Gord Parsons), Gary McRae (Cheryle), Norman McRae. Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles. nieces, nephews and cousins. His closest friends will remember him as "Loaf".

James was a loving, loyal soul. He always tried to make sure those he loved were taken care of and happy. He enjoyed preparing meals for others, double doubles from Timmies, listening to music and, spending time with friends and family. His vibrant smile and enthusiastic attitude will be missed.

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held on August 9th from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The French Club, 647 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to Canadian Cancer Society or Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
