Jane Marie deVries (née Plante)

1948- 2026

Passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026 at WRHN @ Chicopee (Freeport Hospital) in Kitchener, Ontario at the age of 77.

Jane will be missed by her beloved children Drew and Dan Plante of Kitchener. She is also survived by her nieces Rickey-Lee, Kimmie,  Kaitlyn, Meghan and Jessica.

Jane was born in Galt, Ontario. She was the first born of six children: Brian, Randy (Daphne), Rick (Grace) and Kim.

She is predeceased by her parents Jacob and Marie (née White) deVries and her sister Karen.

Cremation has taken place and as per Jane’s wishes, there will be no memorial service.

A private interment will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Breslau, Ontario.
