Janice Marlene Lindman

1960-2025

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Janice in her 65th year on Tuesday September 23rd, surrounded by her loving family.

Janice was born in Kitchener to Stuart and Marlene (nee Hilker) Wilhelm in 1960 and raised in Kitchener and Baden. She worked at the Canada Post Office until retirement. She had a deep love of family and enjoyed camping, painting and crocheting.

Beloved wife and best friend of Eric Lindman.  They were married for over 36 years.  Loving and cherished mother of Michael Lindman and Nicole Lindman.

Dear sister of Greg (Janice Wilhelm), Dale (Marion Wilhelm), her twin Jackie (Ed Deutschmann), and Michael (Susan Wilhelm). Dear Aunt to Russel (Heather Deutschmann), Amanda Wilhelm and Amelia Wilhelm. Dear Great Aunt to Liam, Kyla, Coen, and Ella Deutschmann.

Predeceased by her parents, Stuart and Marlene Wilhelm. Also predeceased by her brother-in-law Brian Gilbey.

Dear sister-in-law to Mark (Caterina Lindman) and Nora Gilbey. Dear Aunt to Derek Lindman, Amy Lindman (Julien Dicaire), Nora Lindman, Teresa Lindman, Bailey Gilbey, Courtney Gilbey, and Jack Gilbey. Dear Great Aunt to Daniel Dicaire.

At Janice’s request, there was a private family graveside service at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo, at 11 a.m. on Friday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WRHN – Cardiac Care as expressions of sympathy.
