It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Joanne at WRHN@Queen’s Blvd on Tuesday August 4th, 2026 at the age of 53 years.

Beloved partner of Steven Rempel. Loving mother of Josh and Connor.

Dear sister of Michelle and Maria.

Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Mary Fraser.

Cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trillium Organ Donation as expressions of sympathy.
