It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lise at Palmerston District Hospital on Monday, October 26th, 2026, at the age of 64.
Born in Sudbury, raised in Azilda and lived in Cambridge. Worked at Bank of Montreal and River City Church. A faithful child of God.
Loving mother of Chad and Benjamin Collins.
Dear sister of Monique Serre (Denis), Claude Chauvin (Yvette), Normand Chauvin (Nicole), Germain Chauvin, Marcel Chauvin.
Cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life / Memorial Service will be held on Friday November 13th at 11 am at Central Presbyterian Church (7 Queens Square, Cambridge, ON). Parking available at Cambridge Public Library (1 N Square, Cambridge, ON). Light refreshments to be served following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Autism Ontario OR Charity Water.
