Marianne Hojvang

1928 – 2025

Marianne Hojvang (Oechsler) passed away peacefully in her 97th year in Kitchener, Ontario.

Born July 1928 in Leck Germany.  She was married to the late Ebbe Hojvang in Ryslinge Denmark in 1951.

Loving mother of Helen Ann Hojvang.  Cherished grandmother of Chad Christian Hojvang, Tyler Jay Ouillette (Darla DiMambro) and Sarah Katherine Ouilette.

Proud great grandmother of Cheyenne, Jayce, Malachi, Charlie and Eleanor.

Predeceased by her son, Brian Aage Hojvang and her daughter Karen May Thomas.  Marianne will be deeply missed by family and friends in Germany and Denmark.

Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to a charity of choice as expressions of sympathy.
