Lena Main
Our mother was a woman of quiet strength, deep love, and beautiful creativity. She raised three children on her own, giving us not just a home, but a foundation built on sacrifice, resilience and unconditional care. Everything she did was guided by love-steady and unwavering.
She had a true artist’s soul. Painting brought her joy, and she passed that love of art onto her granddaughters, sharing not just brushes and colours but time, encouragement, and a way of seeing the beauty in the world. Those moments they shared will live on in every canvas and every creative spark she helped to ignite.
Her garden was another reflection of who she was. She nurtured her plants the way she nurtured people with tenderness, attention, and faith that with care everything could grow. Whether it was through her garden her paintbrush or the home she loved to decorate she had a gift for turning ordinary spaces into places with warmth and colour.
She leaves behind her three children Craig, Phillip and Morag. Her daughter-in-law Chris her son in law Jason and her three grandchildren Seanan, Makenna and Rylan and a lifetime of love woven into everything she touched.
Her love shapes us, her strength carried us and her creativity will always be part of who we are.
Forever loved, Forever missed.
