Ronald “Ryan” Patrick Zehr

April 24, 1986 – July 21, 2025

It is with heavy shattered hearts we announce the passing of our beloved son Ryan Zehr. Ryan was taken from us far too soon in the early hours on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Ryan was only 39 years old.

Beloved father of Tyson Ronald Zehr.

Cherished son of Ronald James Zehr (Judy) and Janice Lynn Houston (Doug).

Ryan is survived by his only sister Nikki Pereira (Ryan), three stepsisters: Carly, Jennifer and Melissa, and one stepbrother T.J. along with Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.

Ryan was the most unique soul who wore his heart on his sleeve. If you knew Ryan, you loved Ryan, it was impossible not to. If you needed something and Ryan had it, without hesitation, it was yours. He was just that kind of human.

Ryan loved the outdoors and with his extremely high level of energy he would and could go fishing and walk his dog “Dozer” for hours. Ryan loved his family and adored his son Tyson deeply, and wanted nothing but the best for them.

Ryan had many hopes and dreams that he never had the chance to fulfil. Hopefully he is doing them now.

Ryan brought immeasurable joy and laughter into our lives with his radiant smile, gorgeous blue eyes, endless jokes and constant joking around.

My heart is broken beyond repair and this world will never be the same without him.

Ryan, you will forever and always be deeply missed. Until we meet again, and we will; Rest in Peace my beautiful boy.
