Terry Willard Michalofsky

1953- 2025

It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Willard Michalofsky announces his passing in St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener on Sunday October 19, 2025, at the age of 72 years. 

Terry was a lifelong resident of Kitchener, Ontario. He will be remembered for his independence, strength, and determination to march to the beat of his own drum. He was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Bernice; his brother Robert; and his grandson, Aubrey.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Jessica, Sonny (Beth), and Brandon; his grandchildren, Lauren (Ronal), Austin, Felix, Brittany, Blake, and Bailey; and his great-grandchildren, Samuel and Miguel; his siblings, Jimmy (Joanne), Diane (Dennis), Donna (Vic), Debbie, Brian (Leanne).

Cremation has taken place. An intimate family gathering to celebrate his memory will be held on Saturday, October 25th at 1:00 pm at 1000 Lackner Place in Kitchener, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB).
