Victor Antonio Bellini

1942 - 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Victor on Thursday January 29th, 2026 three days after his 84th birthday.

Beloved husband of the late Claudette Bellini ( nee Laurin) who predeceased in April of 2006. 

Loving father of Christopher Bellini (Dena).

He is predeceased by parents Antonio and Maria (nee Carucci), father-in-law Cyrille Laurin, mother-in-law Emelda (nee Lefebvre); siblings Valerio Bellini, Valdo Bellini and Andea Macelwee; in-laws Leonora (nee Volpini), Rena (nee Marini) and John Macelwee.

He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends , co-workers and neighbours.

Victor was the youngest son of Italian immigrants and was raised on a dairy farm in Timmins, ON. After high school, he went to an electrical trade school in Toronto. He returned to Timmins to work at Timmins Electric, later joining the IBEW Local 1687 union working on many construction projects in Northeastern Ontario. After retirement, Victor and Claudette moved to Kitchener, ON where they enjoyed travelling throughout North America and attending Kitchener Rangers OHL hockey games. As an avid sports fan and follower of the NHL, NFL and CFL, Victor was always up for spirited conversation about those leagues' and their current and upcoming players.

Due to his wishes, there will be no service or visitations.  Cremation has taken place and internment will be at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery.

Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
