Allan “Wilson” MacLean

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Thursday, June 11, 2026 in his 87th year. 

Beloved spouse and best friend to Shirley Ann MacLean (nee Leston) for 57 years. 

Father of Roger Pearcey (Diane), Glenn MacLean (Linda) and Sherry Noseworthy (Randy). 

Loving grandfather of Mark (Lindsay), Crystal (Kelvin), Cameron (Steph), Drew, Sarah, Avery and MacKenzie. 

Sadly missed by his brother Earl MacLean (Denise). 

Predeceased by his parents Allan and Elma MacLean and his brother Stan MacLean. 

Wilson was employed by Lear Seating Division for 19 years, then he was self-employed and volunteered at Lincoln Ave United Church and Cedar Hill United Church. 

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 16 at Cambridge Community Church at 73 Pollock Avenue, Cambridge. Visitation from 1 – 2 pm and 2 pm Memorial Service with refreshments/reception to follow. 

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Cambridge Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
