It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of David on Friday October 16, 2026, in Kitchener at the age of 28.
David went to Grand River Collegiate Institute and lived in Kitchener. He enjoyed exploring the outdoors. He also enjoyed climbing, hockey and video games. He loved teasing his mother and sisters, the police and fixing his hair.
He will be lovingly remembered by his parents; Nicole Smith and Leo Power.
He is the cherished brother of Samantha and Heather and loving grandson of Nellie Power, Laura Smith and John White.
Dear Nephew Michelle (Mike), Amanda (Jimmy), John, Jeazel, Christine, Dave, Ruth (John) and he will sadly missed by many cousins.
Cremation has taken place. A private gathering will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to charity of choice as expressions of sympathy.
