John William Glowach

1970- 2025

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Glowach on Wednesday December 17th , 2025 at the age of 54. John passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones.

John’s warmth and laughter were a beacon for everyone who knew him.  He had a passion for fishing and hunting and cherished the moments spent with family and friends.  His sense of humor was unmatched—he had a way of making people laugh and feel at ease, often lighting up the room simply by being in it.

A hardworking man, John always put others before himself and took great pride in providing for those he loved. He was a devoted father and grandfather, and his family meant everything to him. His love, strength, and generosity will be remembered and carried on by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

John was the cherished son of Bruce Glowach (Pam) and Gloria Wall, and a dear brother to Jaret Glowach and Andrea Jenny Lavalle. He was the beloved partner of Tanya Calder. John was a devoted father to Shaylin Glowach, Johnny Glowach, Tristen Heimbecker, Sommer Calder, and Dustin Calder, and a proud and loving grandfather to his grandchildren.

Though John is no longer with us, his memory will continue to bring comfort and peace to those who loved him.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy.
