Sandy Gordon Forsyth

1962- 2026

 It is with broken hearts and profound love that we announce the passing of Sandy, beloved soulmate,  best friend and love of my life, who passed away on Saturday March 7, 2026 surrounded by his family in London, ON at the age of 63.

He was a meat department manager for 20 years with A&P before receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and was proud to own his own software company before retiring. 

Sandy is survived by the love of his life and best friend Katherine "Shelly" MacDonald together for over 24 years. Together we shared a bond that was truly once-in-a-lifetime, filling our days making each other laugh. I will never forget how you taught me to ride a motorcycle and how proud you were of me on our first ride together. You will forever be my ride or die.

Sandy will be missed deeply by his only son Shane MacDonald and daughter in law Laura. He was so proud of Shane and loved him dearly. 

I will forever treasure the time we had, you always made me feel so special and although you are gone from my sight,  you are never gone from my heart.  Our souls remain intertwined, and I will love you always,  you are my everything. I promise to cuddle and care for Rolo he's going to miss you so much. 

The family would like to thank the Transplant team and nurses at London University Hospital for caring for Sandy. 

Cremation will take place.  A private family gathering will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers, donations to Upper Credit Humane Society and London Health Sciences Centre.
