Shirley Ann Parsons

1943 – 2026

Passed away peacefully in Kitchener on Wednesday September 09, 2026 at the age of 82 years.

Born in Tamarac Newfoundland. Shirley moved to Ontario at very young age.

Shirley worked at Trident Ind. for over 20 yrs. She was a long-time member of the Legion Branch 50. Shirley enjoyed trips to the Casino and spending time with friends at the Legion.

Beloved life partner and best friend for over 40 years of Violet King who predeceased her in June of 2021.

She will be lovingly remembered by Dean, Debbie and Theresa.

She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Wallace and Josephine (nee Flemming) and by all her siblings.

Cremation has taken place. Upon Shirley’s wishes there will be no service or gathering.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to  a charity of choice as expressions of sympathy.
