Teresa Elizabeth Britten

1961 – 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa on Sunday December 28th, 2025 at the age of 64. She passed peacefully after a lengthy battle with kidney disease.

Loving and dedicated mother of Tiffany Britten (Adrian Dickson) and Jessica Hirlehey.

Cherished sister of Sherri Genah and dear aunt of Amanda, Nicole and Justin.

Predeceased by her common-law spouse, Ken Roberts and by her parents Jack and Kathleen (nee Nevilles).

Teresa (or Terri, as she preferred to be called), will always be remembered for her resilience, strength, courage and unwavering love for her family even in times of immense struggle.

Terri also had a passion for music, reading and a love of animals.

Cremation has taken place.   A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Terri’s family would like to thank all the compassionate and kind people at WRHN Chicopee who ensured that she was cared for and comfortable.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the KW Humane Society or Kidney Foundation of Canada as expressions of sympathy.
